Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company, aligning goals with overall business objectives.
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
Evaluate and implement technological advancements to enhance operational efficiencies.
Assist on the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in senior leadership role within construction industry.
Strong understanding of excavation and site development processes, equipment, and technologies.
Strong project management skills with a focus in delivering results.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
Track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
