Caregiver - Care Aide - Lemont, IL Walk ins welcome! Franciscan Village, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring Caregivers, Resident Care Assistants who are customer and patient focused to become a part of a health care company whose mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy.
They work hands-on with our residents on a daily basis assisting with any caregiving needs and work under the direction of a licensed nurse.
Experience in a Senior Living organization is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed Observe and report any changes in resident's physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family Required:
High School Diploma or GED 1 yr of healthcare exp preferred Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Energetic, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent communication & customer service skills Detail oriented Team-player Compassionate understanding of eldercare We believe in our associates and are committed to creating an environment that is supportive and nurturing of your career path.
